Agreement
These Terms govern access to the DugoutPilot website and baseball team-management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use DugoutPilot for a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity under your account. Coaches and team administrators must ensure they have appropriate authority and consent to enter, import, or manage player and team information.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
DugoutPilot may offer free and paid plans. Prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Paid upgrades are billed when selected. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law.
Pilot Program
Participation in the Pilot Program is limited and subject to selection. Selected teams receive free access through November 30, 2026 in exchange for regular use and honest product feedback. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and pilot access may be withdrawn for misuse, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use DugoutPilot unlawfully; access another user’s data without authorization; interfere with security or operation; upload malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; resell access without permission; or use the platform to harass, exploit, or endanger any person.
Your content and team data
You retain rights in content and data you submit. You grant DugoutPilot permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with your content.
Third-party services
DugoutPilot may connect with third-party services such as payment processors or authorized data providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and availability may change.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep DugoutPilot available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every analysis, recommendation, imported record, or scouting result will be error-free. Coaches remain responsible for baseball, safety, roster, and game decisions.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DugoutPilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DugoutPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or opportunities. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using DugoutPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or conduct that harms the service or others. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing terms and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date when changes are made.
