This Privacy Policy explains how DugoutPilot collects, uses, stores, and shares information when coaches, team administrators, and other authorized users use our website and baseball team-management platform.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information; team, roster, season, and role information; baseball development, game, analytics, and scouting data entered or imported by authorized users; support communications; device, log, and usage information; and billing-related records. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by DugoutPilot.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve DugoutPilot, authenticate users, operate team workspaces, generate requested analytics and scouting tools, communicate about accounts and support, process subscriptions, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Youth and player information
DugoutPilot is intended for use by coaches and authorized adults managing baseball teams. Team administrators are responsible for having the authority and any required consent to enter or import player information. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly without appropriate adult authorization.
Service providers and sharing
We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, email, analytics, customer support, payment processing, and related business services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
